AM System and hsd were successful in their tender to be awarded the design and build contract for Kent Police Museum. This exciting project is located within the police station in Faversham; built in 1904, which retains the original cell block and is still an active police station.
With cues taken from the historic building and personal stories to be retold, the space has been transformed. Now including a recreated crime room and interactive exhibits to actively engage visitors during their learning journey into the story of one of the UK’s largest police forces.
Working in partnership with hsd and Kent Police, AM System provided museum design, joinery, graphics, mechanical interactives, showcases and audio-visual hardware, delivering an engaging and informative experience.
